Is there a policy required to run discovery? I have full access to a compartment, but not the tenancy. Getting the following error when doing discovery:
[ERROR] could not get tenancy ocid from compartment ocid Service error:NotAuthorizedOrNotFound. Authorization failed or requested resource not found. http status code: 404.

You can now-a-days run discovery mode directly from the OCI UI in the resource manager. Can you check if you can run discovery from there?
