Paul, great video again. Just one small mistake with the measurements: 19mm is not 3/16", 3/16" is 4.7625mm and 19mm is 0.7480315", or almost 3/4". Cheers!
Excellent project! I think I'll be spending a saturday or two pretty soon working on one of these. I was curious about the angles from one run to the next. Originally you had a flat array in mind but when you switched to zig zag what angles did you use for connecting the front and back units? Are they 45 degrees off horizontal (90 degrees from right end to left end)?
RiffRaffBrew I did the zig zag so that the chiller wasn't as high, less head height for a pump. As for the angle, it was determined by the timber down the centre that i used to fastening everything together, a bit of trial and error before glueing it all up gave me the measurements to get all the parts lined up. Cheers
Awesome. The timing for these videos couldn't be better. CheerZ
The triangle configuration is a nice layout. Again, great explanation. Cheers!
Thank for sharing Paul. Cheers!
great optimization!
Use some springs over your hoses and they won't kink, even with the hot work. Nice project though.

Cerveza de Garaje awesome cheers for picking that up, I added an annotation. After proof watching it so many times theres still typos that sneak in.
