Anime DIO is a bit of a narcissistic dog kicker, but the games just portray him in such a likeable way. Like, between his trollish antics, and his respect for his opponents (especially in All Star Battle), he's just so much easier to like.

Avoid using this [I forgor, but maybe s.AA6BC]: Bloody Summoning. Basically vampire move. s.236XX: the true knife power (Stand On doesn't have a 214 super), and, finally, timestop (I forgot how to do it) Extra (Shadow DIO moves being used in mugen DIO): 236XX: Punishment. The World does the low knockdown move (s.2C as normal DIO, Shadow DIO just does a normal stand punch), and then stops time. After a second time resumes, DIO reads his diary, and the opponent is being surrounded by the knives. 33 hits in total 623XX: URYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! (mugen DIO says "checkmate-da" for some reason, though it's the knives voiceline in All Star Battle) DIO does a "powerful" scratch which launches the opponent after a second or two. Doing the 623XX during this stun will continue the super, taking one more meter/gauge, with strong 5B high kick that will launch your opponent straight in the wall if you manage to land it (you have to hold a button and release it just when you'll be behind the opponent)
When I saw Doom fight Dio, I thought: "Wait, if Dr. Doom's armor makes him immune to supernatural energies and forces, how would that work on a death battle level in a fight against Dio?"

Actually, as araki said DIO or Jotaro can beat anyone as defense drops to 0 in stopped time, only characters that can control time will stop them, so even vegeta would be dead, no matter what, and also it has to be in the same time as DIO or Jotaro are,not like Hit that has to create another dimension to attack
Bonkle when you download it open the folder and you should see a snd file saying ASBvoice and another snd file called dio, so if u want the anime voice just rename ASBvoice to dio
