Apparently when getting the cameras and stuff for this scene, and moving them around, a bunch of equipment fell on the floor, like a whole lot of equipment, and random people who were walking by actually refused to help and even stepped on some equipment. Seeing this, the directors made people in the movie ignore, not fail to listen, but ignore, the suppressed shots in this scene

My 22 can with CCI 45 grain subsonic rounds sounds like this, it’s really quiet, especially after taking repeated shots. It’s quieter on my 10/22 rifle and you only hear the action cycling.

Depends I made one out of an old oil filter housing canister just compacted the inside with fire retardant cloth like mesh and it's way quieter than that movies ain't all that stupid I have survived many accidents in my current life cause of situations that I applied to movie scenarios

Also I’m sure they are using a special ammunition which has a smaller sound footprint than any ammunition you can get at grandpas gun shop you know what I mean? Whilst the lady In the second scene is less polluted with peoples and sounds. Also she is probably using standard ammunition. Nothing special for assassination.

Usually depends on caliber, ammunition type and suppressor size. So those little thumb size suppressors are going to take like 5db off a 125db shot
