Megaman X5 (PS1) - Successful Shuttle Launch

The Enigma must fail (which is very likely) before the Shuttle can be launched. Initially, the shuttle has a 12.5% chance of success. The first part obtained boosts it to 37.5%, and then the third part doubles that to 75%. The fourth part does nothing other than force you to launch it if the Enigma has already fired.
