I had the same drink and the cauliflower, loved them both. And yes the Galactic Starcruiser is that to the next level, absolutely beautiful, fabulous food and the staff was amazing. It's truly like you're in space for two days. Very expensive but completely worth it.
I'm going to be at WDW the last week in Aug. and am going to try to get into the lounge, just enough food for me. Loving the Epcot shirt and you can bet I'll enjoy a certain show at AK while I'm there.
I think the bar at Space 220 is the way to go. I like that menu better. It’s great that you can book ADRs for the lounge as well (though still really hard to get.)

If you go when the park opens- I waited an hour in line and was first in at the bar. Highly recommend
