My favorite routes are The Clinchfield Railroad, Peak Forest, and pretty much any route that traverses hilly and/or mountainous terrain. Because I love the peace and serenity of the landscape, and I have a lot of fond memories of the Appalachian mountains and my family members that live there. Especially my grandmother, who died of Dementia and Parkinson’s in December of 2023. I’m still cooping with her passing along with my dad. But I still love going up there.
