i'm wondering if you have any advice, i dropped my phone the screen is not cracked but when i turn it on there are black lines going vertically down one side. also the screen dose not respond always to my touch. do you know what happened?

Snowberry to make a better diagnostic would have to see the phone, but it sounds like, its the screen. On the web you can come across screens for replacement parts and comes out cheaper than buying the phone. But my best advice would be, to have it checked by a pro now a days, at the mall or any shop you can get a free diagnostic . good luck!
