I feel the Lord wants me to share this here. My dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 lung cancer this year. Quite devastating for my family. I was brought low in grief but solid in God's faithfulness. I felt moved by God's compassion for my family. I tell you, God is good even when in the depth of despair. He did something beyond worldly belief. There was some unusual changes in the mass in his lungs. The doctors told him it was 99% cancer but that there was a 1/1000 chance it was not. Today by the grace of God we found out it was the 1. No cancer. I tell you, have faith in God. Maybe it doesn't end in a miracle with a negative test but have faith because He is faithful either way.
Thank you for sharing. God is still in the business of miracles. May God continue to bless you and your family with health and peace

Absolutely correct. Many factions of the Christian church are careering blindly into increasing falsehood, reinforced by the vacuous and unscriptural garbage they unwisely choose to sing. We need the Lord to raise up right-thinking song-writers and worship inspirers.

I was at death's door last year but I was not afraid as Jesus was there with me. Through God's mercy and many prayers from others I pulled through. Sadly my brother passed around the same time, he was a Christian and I know he is now safe in God's house.
It is wonderful to see people actually worshipping while performing . Really look forward to viewing every chance I get . God bless

I was searching for “Ive got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my Heart,” thinking it may be an Irish hymnody. Imagine my great happiness to hear this song today.
Such a refreshing change from the largely shallow comtemprary music of today.
There is a new house under construction across the street from me. I live in a rural area and I go in there in the evening and sing at the top of my lungs along to your music, the acoustics are wonderful. There aren't any doors or windows in it yet so our sound floats out through the forest, fields and up to heaven. Thank you for your beautiful, moving renditions of great old songs.

Life is not an easy experience for the majority of people. Songs like this - songs that exalt the Lord Jesus Christ and remind us of what salvation is all about - are needed now more than ever. And what is salvation about? it is about our HOPE in Jesus that will last for all eternity. God is good.

Such a beautiful song, it was the favorite of a dear friend of mine who went to be with the Lord on Friday, today he is face to face with Jesus.
Hallelujah! And real soon you'll be standing in our Saviour's presence with your friend. And all the time through death and circumstances, that we've been separated from loved ones, will seem, but a quick moment in time, compared to eternity we'll have with them in the presence of our Lord. I and my hubby left our country and our families and our church to serve as missionaries in another land, (Ireland) far away. We've been here thirty years and have raised our family here. In the mean time three of our parents have died, siblings and friends have died. Our siblings that are still alive have raised families and are now grandparents. We are grandparents now. Yes, one could say we have missed out on a lot, and we can't get those years back. But oh what we have gained far reaches our loss! Serving God in His will and not our own makes such a difference. We can trust that our loved ones we left are in his hands and we can trust He will care for them. Bringing glory to God and leading others to Christ is most important. My heart's desire is to bring God the glory. Our families , including my twin, (whom I miss terribly), will be with us in heaven for eternity in our Saviours presence. It will be worth it all when we see Jesus! And you will be with your dear friend again, and you will forget the pain of his absence. He wipes all of our tears away! Hallelujah, glory to the Father, the Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit!! AMEN!

I've been singing this hymn all my life; but never enjoyed the rhythm and cadence of my church's tradition. This version is so good, so complimentary, and so natural...it's now my favorite way to sing I Stand Amazed. Thank you, Mr. Macleod and group.

My testimony - As a kid, I was brought up at a Penn Hills church called "Penn Hills Missionary Alliance". I attended Sunday Church Service and Wednesday Youth Groups basically every week up until my early teen years. I even read the Bible from front to back at the age of 10 (not an easy read for such a young punk lol). I also often memorized Bible Verses to earn my way into Edinboro Bible Camp. I had a lot of fun with all of those experiences. Anyways, my pap who was a devout Christian and the "rock" that held the family together, passed away when I was only 13 years old. I see now that my parents were going to church to please him, not God. Ironically, after he died, my descent into a life controlled by sin started to get out of control. I got into marijuana, alcohol, pornography, and began to disrespect my parents like it was my job. Into my twenties, things only got much much worse. I was a marijuana dealer for 7 years, slept with about 100 women (thank God I don't have any STD's), disrespected my parents to the point of face to face confrontation, lied to people, was addicted to porn and sex, served 5 months in Westmoreland County Prison, etc. Basically every step I took was an assault against God.
Fast forward to more recent times - I was in a 4 1/2 year relationship with an older woman. I truly thought we were in love, I really did. I now see that that was not the case as she lacked the capacity to forgive which is not love. She would constantly throw my past in my face (as many of you are currently guilty of doing). Anyways, she discovered my porn issue and instead of talking about it in a compassionate and caring manner, she attacked me calling me names and even making false accusations. Then, she said something that really told me she was not a true Christian - She said you could fall too far from God's Grace to receive His mercy, which is NOWHERE in the Bible. (Go Ahead, read it. I dare you lol) Now don't get me wrong, women view watching porn as cheating when you are in a relationship. I get that and I admit that I was wrong for my actions. So anyway, she broke up with me. At first my mourning was for her, but gradually it turned into a mourning of my own soul. I was truly disgusted with the person I was. I no longer wanted to hurt myself or others around me any longer. I cried for several hours on my hands and knees like a little baby asking God to have mercy on me. Then I started watching RUclips videos about how to get closer to God. Then I fell asleep for about 3 to 4 hours.
When I woke up, I saw on my phone a video which I had not even selected! (I was asleep after all and had not physically touched my phone at all). It was a RUclips video by Pastor Groeschel about "Spiritual Warrior- Your Porn Battle Plan". I couldn't believe it at first! I knew then that God was listening, God cared, and God loved me! It was at that moment that I started to believe which in turn opened my heart to Jesus. I then got on my knees all over again and wept like a little baby asking Jesus into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior. I made one key promise though...I promised to God that I would surrender it all and put Him first in my life above all, even my own family.
Almost immediately after that, I felt a sudden surge of love and strength flow into my heart like a mighty rushing river! It was purely supernatural....literally knocked the breath out of me several times and gave me goosebumps all over my body. I became a Christian on August 16, 2020 - same day that Elvis died ironically. Now I possess love and strength that I never knew were possible before. I am now literally willing to die for my King Jesus Christ if need be....if it serves to glorify His Almighty Name. I have encountered much spiritual attack in the last 2 weeks or so (Satan is mad that he lost the battle over my heart/soul). In fact, even my own family members and former friends have lashed out at me over my newfound Faith. That's okay though because they also persecuted Jesus about 2,000 years ago so I am in good company. Thank you for reading and God bless you all!
- I will add to this though.....never put anyone before God/Jesus Christ, even a woman or man who you think you are in love with. If they are not right with God, then they are not right for you. I made this unfortunate error in my spiritual journey and paid dearly for it Thank God that I made it through by the Amazing Grace of God though. He has had much mercy on me to allow me to live and once again glorify/praise His Almighty Name! Praise be to our Eternal Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST!!!

God Bless you Steph ..........earlier I was feeling extremely fatigued and, quite low spiritually, the words of the Lord ' Be Still and know that I am God' playing over and over in my head, I went to my room shut the door and came across your amazing testimony, then went on to look you up on you-tube to hear your music, praise the Lord for your powerful story and amazing musical gift, you have helped me to feel closer again and lifted me up, God amazes me on days just like this, he promises not to forsake us, I trust in him delivering me, his never ending love, mercy and grace it is so real to those who know him , Thankyou Lord God for leading me to you and Thankyou Steph.
