I sat down for most of the trip back down to enjoy the views undistracted. You are right, you can miss the good stuff in life if you get caught up in the videotaping / photography too much. Watched one lady on the bus tour watching the scenery through the screen on her iPad as she recorded it instead of looking out the window and seeing the real thing. Sad!!

Looks like you were on the 5:00 PM? departure which would have been the last of the day considering you had two meets at Clifton and then one at Glacier. 104 was behind the 73 to supply air for a test fire about that time. Your extra footage shows the 9:00 AM repositioning from the “back track” to Longsiding just after the 8:00 AM train left from that location. The yard crew puts the train consists down early in the morning and then the road crews pick up their trains from the originating docks. If I’m not wrong you would have probably ridden that train later in the day.
