Ingredients:
1 egg
50g sugar
85g dried coconut
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
For filling:
300 ml milk
60g sugar
40g dried coconut
4g agar agar
For the glaze:
90g dark chocolate
90 ml cream 33%
30g dried coconut.
