I knew it was something connected to her leg! Pretty sure it's fixed to the ground here, too. I can tell by the way her right foot seems to be fixed to the ground.. It's in the same position in every clip and it never moves even when she twists and moves. Her right shoe is also 'bloated' compared to her left, I think it's like some kind of long boot contraption.

Yeah I’ve seen people do this for money in busy parts on France they put a bucket Infront of them so people drop them money, I’ve seen them mantle and dismantle it use to confuse me aswell usually one of their legs is mounted to a metal pole and it looks like their sitting without support however their supported by a metal bracket under the shoe and in 1 leg of the trousers

She has some sort of folding bar in her right pant leg, many other street perfomers that seem to float oftenly use the same trick or similar just with a cloth or long robe to pull it off. For anyone whos wondering.
Edit: to better explain the street performer trick, the person doing the trick has a metal staff with a seat attached to it, the performer then sits up on the seat with a long robe to cover the seat so only the staff is visible so the performer can place their hand up on the staff to give off the effect of floating. This woman here most likely has a folding bar that is anchored with a bar for her to sit on comfortably without falling.
