This video is about how we celebrated the Mauritius Independence Day at Mauritius Shandrani. Shandrani Mauritius is part of the chain of Beachcomber hotels around Mauritius.
Actually we were going to Shandrani Resort Mauritius for Chinese New year but this got postponed during to cyclones and we landed on the Independence day mauritius.
Shandrani Beach resort mauritius is located in the southern part of the island, near the airport. It is close to Blue Bay and that's why some people search for shandrani resort & spa blue bay mauritius. Since we love travelling Mauritius and exploring different hotels, this is our mauritius shandrani resort & spa review!
We haven't seen many shandrani beachcomber resort mauritius reviews on RUclips and so we decided to this video for that but also to remember our stay.

Thar was our Crew hotel when I was flight attendant for Condor Airlines...I nearly cried the first time I was there bc it was soooo beautiful. That was in 2003. It hasn't changed so much. Still fantastic❤. Good memories come back when I see the video. Thanks for sharing

Sure thing. While Preskil has a more modern design in rooms, I would recommend Shandrani more for a family stay. There is much more you can do there in terms of activities and restaurant and it's bigger :)

Hi @Alejandro, thanks for your comment. I think that will depend on people. We went in a group of 6 and no one complained about the plane noise. Personally, I was not bothered by it. But for people who are light sleepers might disagree.
