- Hi everyone,
Here’s the clip that shows the step-by-step procedure for replacing the front bumper and the indicators on the first generation Maruti Zen including the MGP part numbers for the bumper and associated fasteners. This video is a part of the restoration series of our ‘99 Maruti Zen LX.
I ordered the bumper from an MGP outlet and placed a back-order. Used the Porter app to transport them from the outlet to our workplace, loaded them into my car and got them home.

Hi Gannu Bhai, Been following your tbhp posts for almost a decade now. Could you please let me know if we can fit vento's rear AC vents to Polo type 2 ?
I have the rear arm rest with the AV vents from Vento, and also I can procure the AC duct that goes under the hand brake.. but i am confused about the second part that connects to the flap motor. I have the pictures also with me. Could you pls guide me

Hi Shahid, please check with the local MGP outlets at your place if they have stock. Very unlikely since the parts for Zen have long been discontinued and whatever discontinued parts are left out, must be in the warehouses of these MGP outlets.
If you don’t get a new one, try salvaging one from an old car from scrapyards.
Try this contact based out Coimbatore. A friend had given it to me but I’ve never bought anything from him.

Bumper is not there
Check with other MGP stores. Most stores will say no zen spares available. Have to check in system and place back order.
