Not 1 bad tune on that album, this song rocketed them to stardom!

Nice reaction guys! I thought it was very fair and I liked the 'choppy' structure! Great live performance too. Cheers.

Glastonbury 07 is one of their best live performance imo. Next live performance you do I highly suggesting grabbing a song from there 😊

I can understand Jake's reaction to this song, it took me more than one listen to this at the time to like it, it is very different to other music today as well as then. I also think it's very British so doesn't translate as well to the US as it does here, which is ok. It was one of their earlier hits though, maybe their first (I can't remember) but they do like to experiment as a band.

You should check out UK late 80s to now punk band Snuff - faster than this and the drummer does lead vocals.

That Glastonbury performance wasn’t their best - raw original captures it better. Sheffield punches as a city - you’ll have heard of Def Leppard.
Check out the Libertines - can’t stand me now, live. After my time, but got into them, cause of the cowbell. Great energy. Live version.
Cant imagine being young and into music.
My daughter 19 got into Billy Eilish at 14 and saw her live, before she was big - dropped her, as cool kids do when she broke. D is into K-pop now - no clue.
Great reacting with you son ❤️

For some reason the BBC sound from Glastonbury is always terrible imho. There is a classic "live in the studio" version on RUclips that you should check out.
