Great story; Excellent narration! I've read several "generation ship" novels. Most of them did not end well. Its nice to see one that ended on a hopeful note!
my favourite story: im trying to remember here but, its something about humity uplifting the species from our planet. we go to the galactic stage, and humanity is targeted by a virus/etc. so they protect us on earth
How i so adore stories like this. There's enough war and genocide in the news and history. For me, science fiction is a window into what we might achieve one day, who we might become. Warhammer can be entertaining, but when I'm feeling depressed or hopeless, when i lament the state of the world, I pull out my old Star Trek DVDs.
Also, a thousand years without humans could've done good to our mother. But even if they decide to return, none of the living ones would've touched the ground again, as it would need decades of reverse bioengineering to make human physiology compatible with our gravity once again

As long as it isn’t pandorium.

For the Algorithm, for the Author(s), for the Disembodied Voice!
I know this is a story, but it gives hope, and realization that yes we are enduring
Thank you both for such a humane story. UKUK
Did anyone go to check on the state of Earth? Given how well the Arks did, massive underground bunkers could have preserved much of humanity as well.

@@Netherdan Depends on if they had managed artificial gravity of some type, which seems likely given they were offered planets.
A very nice one
Marvelous stories of Indeed Endurance. And a very powerful man presentation.
According to legend the seventh ship, the SISU, is still going. Somewhere in the void.
Great as usual

Another political message masked as a story. I really hate these types.
Art is inherently political
@@tabithachastain6999 Luckily writing isn't art.
@miked.9364 Oof, I hate to be the one to tell you, but yes, it is.
@@tabithachastain6999 No it isn't. This is what happens when everything is somehow "art".
@miked.9364 School really failed you, huh? You're so wrong right now, and it's sad.
