    MINI CHAPLI BURGER Written Recipe :
    Ingredients :
    Mince ½ kg
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic 1 tsp
    White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
    Coarsely crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Allspice powder 1 tsp
    Coriander seeds roasted n crushed 1 tsp
    Wheat flour 2 tbsp
    Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
    Green chilies finely chopped 3
    Mint leaves chopped 8-10
    Eggs 2
    Tomato tiny cubes 1
    Mini burger buns 1
    Sweet and sour tamarind sauce ½ cup
    Cucumber slices 1
    Salad leaves as required
    METHOD :
    Mix all above in bowl, mince double machined ½ kg, salt 1 tsp, ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped, white cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp, coarsely crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tsp, crushed red pepper 1 tsp, allspice 1 tsp, coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp, white flour 2 tbsp heaped, onion finely chopped ½ cup, coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped, green chilies 3 finely chopped, mint leaves 8-10 chopped, eggs 2, tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes and knead very well, make into small kebabs and shallow fry. Cut burger buns into halves, heat, put salad leaves, mini chapli kebabs, top with chatni, slice of cucumber, cover with burger buns and serve immediately.
    CHICKEN KHOYA HANDI Written Recipe :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
    Butter 4 ounces
    Onion boiled and blended 1 large
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Tomatoes puree 4 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Coriander coarsely crushed 1 tsp
    Black cumin ½ tsp
    Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
    Whole dried milk ½ cup
    Cream ½ cup
    Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
    Almonds grinded 10
    METHOD :
    Heat butter in a handi, add boiled and blended paste of onion, fry well for 10 mins, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and boneless chicken cubes, fry for 10 mins, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander crushed, black pepper, black cumin, coconut milk powder, khoya, cream, cover and cook till thick, lastly kasuri methi, serve with nan, garnished with chopped coriander and green chilies.
