I am originally from Eritrea, i lived long in Holland and i am doing business in Ghana. I dont like it when diaspora come here and expect people to be like them. They forget that they parents too had difficulties adjusting in the West. I also feel that, people expect to do business easy because it is Africa. Doing business is hard every where. People need to know to takes a certain mindset to do business. Be humble and understand the beautiful culture that Ghana has stop focussing of doing thing like the west. If you like thinks in the West then stay there😊

When you see a successful person dont just copy what they do. Ask them how long they have been doing that particular thing to make them successful. You see this generation dont have patience for success. They just want it quick like the microwave. Like the man said work on your self. By working on your self it will take time.
