ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ PSPCL ਦੇ ਐਕਸੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ PAPRA ਐਕਟ ਸਿਰਫ਼ plots ਦੀ registry ਲਈ ਹੈ ਬਿੱਜਲੀ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ।
