Is it possible to do the pranayama that you suggest sitting on a chair if the person can not sit on the floor. Please always mention an alternative way to doing in your demonstrations wherever possible. I have been following your channel right from the beginning and I have certain limitations because of my age etc. Thank you
Yes. If one nostril is blocked, there might be some sound while breathing, But dont do it with force. Why is the nostril block? Is it because of cold?? Some tricks of opening the nostril (if not blocked due to cold) 1. Do few surya namaskars OR 2. Do skipping. OR 3. Place a soft smiley ball (stress ball) under the armpit which is on the opposite side of nostril blocked. And do some deep breathing See if it works
All the 4 tips really made a difference. I feel more energetic and relaxed. Thanks a lot
Great to hear! Keep practicing. God bless!!
