Hi Ms. Ann, I eat eggs and green onions all the time but I've never added water to them but from now on I will because it stretches the eggs and green onions!!! TFS!!!

I never thought to add water to soften the onion. I like those eggs with grits. 😊

Thank you so much Cynthia, yes add water and cook the onion until they soften before adding your eggs. They are good with grits.
