I got a bunch of LAGOS jewelry about 5 months ago. I ordered straight from the company. Came all shiny and lovely. I kept it in the packaging, and decided to wear them today. ALL the jewelry had turned BLACK! Earring, bracelet, ring - I CRIED! I spent thousands - I have contacted customer service already. The jewelry is completely ruined.

@@SheIsCarrera We will see. I have reached out to them. I am so disappointed. This was a milestone birthday gift for me. I got earrings, a ring, necklace and bracelet. All black! After zero wear.... We will see what they do about it...

@@isiis5081 ALL silver jewelry does this if you don't wear it for a while, just google how to remove tarnish on youtube the method with the foil works, will remove all tarnish, and use toothpaste to shine

I believe that they are to expensive to came in that packaging..i mean they should invest more in that☹
I think it was just because I purchased it from Nordstrom Rack. I think if I purchased direct from Lagos or even Nordstrom, the packaging would’ve been different.
