I’m offered a job and in the process of pre employment check. Do I need to give the pension form , payroll form , etc to the Trust before being given the start date or the contract ?
As far as references go do we mean recommendation letters from basic figures of our employment history or are they actually calling our most recent employer etc?
This video is really helpful! I’m currently going through my checks, however, one of my previous employers is not playing ball when it comes to my references. I have 3 out of 4 references come back, will this be enough if one of my previous employers doesn’t respond?
Greeting! Thank for this insightful video. Is there a case where a conditional offer of employment is revoked? If so how often does this happen? Reason for asking is that I just received one such offer and I am anxious to get my CoS. Thanks
Hello. Providing you meet the conditions of your offer letter, it is very rare that the letter would be revoked. It's not something you should worry about!
Hello. Once a Doctor has passed their examinations (PLAB or Royal College) and is eligible for GMC Registration - we can then take a look over your CV and see if any NHS jobs match your profile/experience. If we find a position that matches, we help you with the interview process, negotiations, visa applications and the relocation process.
I am a registered nurse working in India, recently got an offer letter to uk. My doubt is, can I give 2 job references from my ICU who are doctors. Because my agency mentioned it to me that atleast one person should be from nursing department. Kindly reply me back sir
I am a doctor from Nigeria , and I would like to work in the NHS, do I have to go through the plab route or is there any other way to get that done. Thanks In anticipation
I am a Pediatrician in India. How DCH (UK) exam is different from MRCHCH in getting job in NHS. Means what will be difference in role and salary of MRCHCH and DCH pass outs?
Hello there. The DCH is not accepted by the GMC, so you wouldn't be able to practice within the NHS with just that qualification. The route we recommend for Pediatricians is the MRCPCH examinations. Once you have passed these and have your GMC Registration, your salary will depend on your experience and the grade you apply for. For example, an SHO Doctors salary would be very different to a ST6 Paediatric Doctors salary.
Hello there. I'm afraid we do not currently recruit Pharmacists. To practise as a pharmacist in the UK, you have to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Once you are registered, you can then apply for jobs on the NHS jobs website. Once you are successful in an interview, you will have a CoS issued to you which will make you eligible for a Tier 2 Visa.
@@mohsinbashirsunny3206 Unless you're on the Shortage Occupation List, you wouldn't be eligible for Health and Care Visa. So this would mean being a Doctor/Pharmacist. Take a look at the requirements for registration with the GPhC: www.pharmacyregulation.org/

Hello there. There are two routes.. You can either take the PLAB examinations or take a Royal College qualification (i.e MRCP)

You need CoS to get Visa, you need right to work (visa) to get job (CoS). How does that work?
Hello, you don't need a Visa to get a CoS. Your right to work is your BRP, which you collect on arrival in the UK and show to your employer :)
I m a pharmacist from pakistan please guide in getting tier 2 visa.
