At first I felt the same way. Always wondered how the heck women were wearing them and not sliding right through them. But.... I put the material shoe inserts in them and I put the insert the same color as the shoe. Kept me still all night. Only thing is after walking awhile, the clear strap does adjust and get loose.
Hey ladies! I've always wondered how women wore clear shoes myself. I always saw what looked like steam from their feet sweating so it turned me off. BUT...maybe if you can find the spray powder or the lotion powder for chafing (the powder disappears) before wearing them. Hope this helps.
