Don't know if you had it looked at before by a doc and it is ok, and it is just regular melanonychia, but if not, the line on your thumb nail could be a bad thing ("C") you should get a doc' opinion on.

yes you can but then youll see where its glued so it wont look actually natural especially when the glue starts to lift off.
