So since ive plead guilty now ill be scheduled for a interview with the probation officer for pre sentencing interview?
Is a sentencing recommendation within the PSR or sent alongside? I did not see a recommendation in mine from the PO
The sentencing memorandum, typically, is turned in one week before sentencing. Your lawyer writes the document--it is something you should have reviewed and been involved in. Your letters and personal narrative should augment the memorandum. The probation officers writes the PSR (pre sentence report), not the memorandum.

No, this advice applies to all crimes.
