Great video with clear explaination. I still can’t get my tub to spin. Seems the mechanical arrangement is rigid and the motor is not able to drive. I can see the wheel trying to spin bu the tub does not rotate. Washing and pulsator sections are functional.

There are 2 bearings in the gear clutch assembly. Are both these bearings in active action during the wash cycle (pulsator active mode), or is only one bearing active ?
In case of noise during wash cycle (not during spin), and ignoring temporarily the possibility of broken smaller gears inside gear box, which of the two bearings could be faulty - the one close to the tub on the upper part of the assembly or the one closer to the torsion spring at the bottom part ?

Dear Sir, Tks for the awsome video.
My lg fuzzy logic full auto machine motor not driving the drum in spin mode . If I romove the belt the motor alone rotating as normal. Is this due to mootor winding gone or gear box ?
Washing mode is working fine.
Appreciate any guidlines

please check capacitor and voltage.. also check for mechanical assembly
Khurram Abbas Kazmi is there any possibility with the motor as wash running ok but with slow speed, moreover I can see there black color in winding in onside of the motor .
Without belt motor is working so guss capacitor is fine , right ?

Inverter AC Mai compress ka terminal par kitne voltage hote hai ac hote hai ya dc is ko hum chaik kar sakte hai koi problem to nhi hai ???

walekum assalam, plz call some good engineer to attend. many a times safety sw reacts and stop the spin when there is a balancing issue
as salam aly kum. kiya is gear ka dono bush joint kar danay sa kaam karain ga ya difficultly pada karain ga please if possible answer.
my machine gear pully is loosed and bubling. can i repair it.

Videcon ki Fully Automatic mashine hai vo sirf one side ghumati hai matalab sirf forword ghumati. hai revers nahi ghumati , to kya probleme hoga
please check clutch spring and motor winding.. may also check supply to motor from PCB

1. Check PCB funstions/software may b defective.
2. The water level sensor is open.
