@valerian9191 its because the good evening new york city concert wasn't only one night. The dvd was made from recordings of the 2 or 3 nights(I cant remember) they played there so I guess that he used both but in different performances.
@valerian9191 because it´s an edit from the first two concerts at citi field. Most of the show is from 18th of july... but some footage is of the first gig on 17th..(like I saw her standing there with Billy Joel)

Guitar Hero was done simply for cash, as evidenced by Activision canceling the series once it stopped making much money. Harmonix still makes Rock Band and releases new songs weekly for the game, despite declining sales.
It's because the show was filmed 3 times, on 3 nights in a row. You can notice a lot of flaws like that throughout the show. Sometimes they may put a scene that doesn't match the song.
It shows 2 Les Pauls.. In the beggining it's a Gold Top, and later on the video it's a black one... and then a SG, so you can tell it was recorded the 3 concerts that he did there! haha

Since you clearly are unaware of this, Paul, Ringo, and widows Yoko Ono and Olivia all provided input to Harmonix when the game was being made. Going by your logic, The Beatles disgraced themselves.

@laferme56 The footage it's a mix of the 17 & 18 of July gigs. Thouugh the sound is remixed for the DVD, every sound is played live.
