I’m getting a lot of messages on what I’m doing for fitness/diet: keep in mind everyone’s body is different Tracking calories, trying to eat whole foods only (chicken, beef, steak, home cooked rice, pasta etc). Aiming for 160-200 grams of protein. Not really restricting much other than avoiding snacks/sweets/junk food. I typically eat anywhere from 3000-4000 calories. Then gym one or two times a day everyday, recently started weight training for an hour (light weight, high reps) 3 days a week to strengthen and supplement boxing training.

I’ve convinced myself I’m fighting in a boxing event by the end of next year so it’s actually been a pretty easy decision to stay committed when in the back of my mind I’m thinking about my future opponent training hard and eating right. Maybe a good mind trick for some is to imagine some sort of competition (even if you don’t end up competing it’s served it’s purpose)

Rounding that up is half a pound a day. Exceptional progress, steady, plus the fact he had been boxing and putting on muscle weight, so his fat loss was actually much faster than that. Overall, you’re not wrong about him being a beast man. Very proud of our man. An Inspiration.

As a man who understands the daily battle of depression and still have days that depression wins, I would not mind another video about your journey recently. What helped your journey and what hurt your journey? Hope you have great days coming Raff!
I feel you bro. It's good to vent here, but remember, when you're feeling like 10%, it's time to get: +10% from a good therapist +10% from hitting the gym/run 4 days a week, even if it's just 30-40 mins per day +10% from a good sleep schedule +10% from drinking and eating healthy +10% from meditation, mindfulness or whatever method you prefer In a couple months, it will get you to 60%. And sustaining that 60% for a couple more will bring you out of this state, at least for a few years. Just don't sink into it. Big hugs from a fellow person with struggles of his own!

As someone who's been to the brink and back, and who has to generally sort of be guarded about my experience due to employment circumstances, but will open up in one on one situations with trusted folks, I commend you for using your platform to talk about your experience. It was not as socially acceptable at the time I got better to talk about such things, and it's still stigmatized by some, but the more we can have open dialogue and normalize prioritization of mental health and that mental health struggles are part of the human experience for many people, the less stigmatized it will be. On a person-to-person level, I'm genuinely ecstatic that you're getting better. I've seen ASMRtists whom I know suffer from MH issues disappear before, including possibly my all time favorite (who professed to be heavily influenced by you), but unless they come back and tell their story, we can all only hope for the best for them. I will listen to you all day today at work to celebrate your road to recovery. Keep doing the hard work. It pays off in dividends once you come through it. Much

As a man who understands the daily battle of depression and still have days that depression wins, I would not mind another video about your journey recently. What helped your journey and what hurt your journey? Hope you have great days coming Raff!
I feel you bro. It's good to vent here, but remember, when you're feeling like 10%, it's time to get:
+10% from a good therapist
+10% from hitting the gym/run 4 days a week, even if it's just 30-40 mins per day
+10% from a good sleep schedule
+10% from drinking and eating healthy
+10% from meditation, mindfulness or whatever method you prefer
In a couple months, it will get you to 60%. And sustaining that 60% for a couple more will bring you out of this state, at least for a few years. Just don't sink into it. Big hugs from a fellow person with struggles of his own!

As someone who's been to the brink and back, and who has to generally sort of be guarded about my experience due to employment circumstances, but will open up in one on one situations with trusted folks, I commend you for using your platform to talk about your experience. It was not as socially acceptable at the time I got better to talk about such things, and it's still stigmatized by some, but the more we can have open dialogue and normalize prioritization of mental health and that mental health struggles are part of the human experience for many people, the less stigmatized it will be.
On a person-to-person level, I'm genuinely ecstatic that you're getting better. I've seen ASMRtists whom I know suffer from MH issues disappear before, including possibly my all time favorite (who professed to be heavily influenced by you), but unless they come back and tell their story, we can all only hope for the best for them. I will listen to you all day today at work to celebrate your road to recovery. Keep doing the hard work. It pays off in dividends once you come through it. Much
