No problem dear. Both paper score cards are independent of each other. There will be no history of one on another.

But 500 Rs ki extra penalty lagegi, as CS ke liye already second paper the TABLE-I main.

Do paper compulsory nahi h dear, you can write with one also.
Second paper is just a backup, in case if you are not confident with first paper then you can add second paper.

Sir maine 1 paper fill kiya hai 1800 deke agar 2nd paper lu to kya mujhe dubara 1800 dena padega

If second paper is from TABLE 2 : New two paper combinations then there is no need PENALTY to add second paper, means you need to pay 1800.
If second paper is from TABLE 1 : Original two paper combinations then there is a PENALTY of 500 to add second paper, means you need to pay total 1800+500= 2300.
