I don't know if I'm more concerned about the fact that the enemy team bought almost 30k gold worth of magic res/survivability items just to deal with lux or the fact that they still lost with all of that

mad props to pantheon honestly.. once I had the EXACT same thing happen to me, but what's more is that the one they switched with KNEW exactly what was happening (so I hovered Lux mid, and my supp wanted Lux too, I was picking second, so she switched with our toplane, and he agreed) the annoying part is they both started laughing in champ select chat, so what did I do? pick Braum mid vs. Corki, and soft inted.
I know that's bad, but I don't usually do that, and I've had enough of the soloQ experience at that point lol

i never lose lane as lux but most of times i lose game cuz the lack of mobility and she cant carry solo so i had to drop her
Winning lane doesn't mean anything if you don't know when to roam and carry your lead into the other lanes. "Solo carry" is a myth in a 5v5 team game, even a fed Katarina or Master Yi needs their team to have set up the kills for them to get fed to that point, and then soak up enemy CC + cooldowns before they go in later teamfights.
It's kind of low-key sad to see Lux doing better with her kit overall than Morg even though Morg had the original Q haha. I hope they rework Morg completely since her E sucks up too much of her power.
