    Another great video! Mine are busted. I was looking at them a couple of months ago when i was greasing the truck. And now I know how to fix them. Thank you!

    Great video as always, I didn't even know those boots came off! Is this repair possible on any conventional slack adjusters?

      Thanks for watching. Yes they should all have a grease boot to help hold that grease in so they should all be very similar.

    You have any tips or suggestions for making a standing room bay like this one? I will be building one, are there kits that a company sells or just need to have an expert grading company and concrete company to pour the shape for someone to stand in?

    • @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228
      @bustedknucklebydieseldr3228  Год назад

      Unfortunately I do not. Gta ask around for quotes on a dig and concrete. No matter what its gna be pricey.

    Guru, i have a 15 cascadia with a dd13. I have spn 4357 fmi 5 come and go. The diagnostics menu of the truck says dpf electrical issue. Can you give me any guidance as what to look for? Thank you and i apologize if im asking this question at the wrong place.

      Guru, I like that. I’ll take it. Much better than grease monkey. So with that code I should have a video on it. It has to do with the def line heater #4. 4 and 5 go to the def doser on your atd one box. The usual is rubbed through wire and or corrosion on the def heater connector wires. I would pull back the heat shielding were they connect to the def doser and inspect for any issues. If none I would check for voltage between 2-ground= should be 12v. 1-ground should be 2.5ish volts. If voltage looks good than you got a bad heater line and it will need replacement. Hope that helps and your good with a multimeter. Have a happy holidays.

      I get mine from the local dealer, they might not of had any in stock at the time. But also do a quick search online and I’m sure they’ll come up with some readily available.
