Anthony seems like the kind of person you can ask any dumb question and will politely, patiently, explain it to you and you'll walk away actually understanding what he said.
A regular series of "Anthony's Sh*tty Casecapades" would be great. Nothing but builds in the worst possible cases, especially small form factor. Always paired with the bulkiest components that are 'supposed' to fit in those cases.
Been doing this 20 years, so I'm not learning anything new. That said, seriously, this is one of the best build guides I've ever seen. You're able to explain the why's and the how's without being overly technical or sounding condescending, letting folks know where the speedbumps might be, and reassuring them that everybody hits speedbumps occasionally and that's OK. If most tech folks were as patient and honest explaining this, PC-phobia would definitely be lower than it is. I'll be recommending this video to anybody who asks, thank you folks for making it!

That cable management was godly. Especially so because you're using a super cheap case and a non-modular PSU. And Anthony's hosting method is really soothing. Moar Anthony pls.
Deep knowledge, (calmed) personality, focus, wise take in things in general. A mix of that. He's got also a great voice tone, is a good speaker. No surprise that they've realized this at LTT. :). Gotta say, loved the Dennis intro, too.
NCIX: *gives Linus his own RUclips channel* Linus : *breaks away from NCIX and blows up* Linus : *gives Anthony his own channel* Anthony : *breaks away from Linus Media Group and blows up*
Didn't watch this vid for a super cheap ass PC. Watched it for Anthony. Best host at LMG, hands down. Informative, knowledgeable, likeable, no overcooked jokes, always professional.
If you think about it, you can slowly replace just about everything on a computer to upgrade...but a case really doesn't need much upgrading over time. Just buy a good case to start with and it will make all the future upgrades so much easier and less painful.
Agreed. I have yet to find a case under $35 that has actual good cable management and doesn't threaten to cut up your hands. Best value I've found is the Thermaltake H17. Compact and surprisingly spacious. The airflow kinda sucks, but cable management is extremely easy even if you have a non modular power supply.

chicken noodle lmao
Say a prayer for my ears. I had my earbuds in at full volume. I thought it would be ok...
@@jscorpio1987 My dude, prayers for a speedy recovery. I would suggest an epsom salt bath and some chillhop tunes to soothe your pain
Anthony really nailed this. Speaks a lot of good sense. Thanks guys.
he's so fucking ugly. I literally refuse to watch any video he's in
GOOD sense? where is that in the video?
I was promised Dennis Tech Tips, I have yet to get Dennis Tech Tips >:(
That the verge tweezer reference was god-level
i was looking for this comment lol
Yep! lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣
THE TEA
yeah that was great!
I'm actually really impressed with the cable management, considering the case.
Same
you should see my cable management, you'd have a heart attack, but it works so..... no effs given
Thinking the same and 'aaaahh, that's what all those holes are for!!!'
"and, a handful of tweezer- oh... sorry, zipties"
Underrated jab lol
Lmao yes
It was brilliant
Is this a joke I'm missing?
@@AlexYeets it’s a joke about a shitty pc “the verge” built
@@AlexYeets check this out for context ruclips.net/video/M-2Scfj4FZk/видео.html
No bullshit, short, precise, easy to understand, the best host. Just what people need.
More Anthony please. Such a clear presentation.. So professional... well done mate.
I think Anthoney should do more videos he is a really confident presenter!!!!
he has come a long way. some of his earlier appearances weren't that great. not trying to be mean, but he was new to being in front of the camera. (and fwiw, i'm horrible in front of a camera) but he's worked his way up and i do enjoy his presence on the screen. It is nice to have more "talent" available for the channel. Keep it up!
@@GhostHostMemories I love his calm aura
@@kiyoponnn I wasn't interested in the video at all tbh but I found myself watching it thoroughly. Ant should do relaxation clips xD
He really knows his stuff. I trust everything he says.
@@kiyoponnn quite the contrast to Linus
This what makes LTT great. Everybody is involved. This channel is fun. Great Job Anthony!
Anthony might genuinely be the most naturally likable and amiable individual on this website. Many kudos and thanks
That cable management was godly. Especially so because you're using a super cheap case and a non-modular PSU. And Anthony's hosting method is really soothing. Moar Anthony pls.
Joshua Serbo that's an area I desperately need to improve in
Anthony is the dude ... so chill.
yeaahh
@Arithmxtic i wonder if he would still be so cool without it
@@marc_frank He would. :) Probably more.
Anthony's confidence comes from his big pp
Deep knowledge, (calmed) personality, focus, wise take in things in general. A mix of that. He's got also a great voice tone, is a good speaker. No surprise that they've realized this at LTT. :). Gotta say, loved the Dennis intro, too.
NCIX: *gives Linus his own RUclips channel*
Linus : *breaks away from NCIX and blows up*
Linus : *gives Anthony his own channel*
Anthony : *breaks away from Linus Media Group and blows up*
how about Dennis?
I will invest in Dennis tech tips
Anthony Techtips FTW
Benjamin Naylor Me too!
Suppie X, seeing a patern here?
Didn't watch this vid for a super cheap ass PC. Watched it for Anthony.
Best host at LMG, hands down. Informative, knowledgeable, likeable, no overcooked jokes, always professional.
Anthony's Build Guide is the anti-Verge build guide 😜
Did you see that suttle hint at the Verge to Tweezeeeerrrzz
What do you mean? Verge's guide was waaaay better than this, I mean Anthony didn't even add the extra tube worth of paste!
@@rikdenbreejen5230 Saw that and went "ummmmm... wait a sec...."
@@danielhu6485 But Dennis did! 😎
Ben Nicholson Thats right what i meant. Have you subscribed to Pewdiepie yet?
The verge must be feeling chilly cause that was so much shade. Also more DTT!
The main takeaway from this guide: don't buy the cheapest case possible
Don`t forget the modulair power supply.
Spend another $30 and get one with three fans and decent cable mgmt included, imho.
I don't know why but I feel accomplished after watching this almost like I did it myself.
30 mins not wasted and used beautifully , honestly Anthony is the best at teaching ^_^
Oh my gosh. The tweezers joke from the Verge is beautiful.
*SHOTS FIRED SHOTS FIRED*
Pretty sure this build is bc of it
Why is his live strong braclet attached to the ground.
SyntaxFN because they couldn’t attach it to the bracket
Let's be honest here, Dennis' English has improved MASSIVELY.
Its the same, his accent is just going away
So proud of that guy 😍
Huge thanks from the English as a second language group...
Amen
motha love me long time long time sucky sucky fucky fucky wonton hong kong wonton
Ok Anthony needs more video like this, I like the calm informative video formats. Nice job guys!
i think not much people really understand - this guy transfer much more information than Linus. I like it. It's just like processor clock and memory bandwidth, if you have pentium 4 - you dont need ddr4. so thx, Linus is good front-man, but this guy is good in-depth tech specialist, and I appreciate this
Anthony is the Bob Ross of pc building
Have you heard of Tech Deals?
Your comment got a chuckle out of me because it's so true.
lol
Handy-dandy little Linus brand trees!
Anthony: And now we add memory
Me: nice!
Anthony Ross: And we add another memory, because everyone needs a friend.
Me: nice 😭
"And now we add a friend to our happy little memory stick"
yeah this is wholesome pc building tutorial with anthony XD
there are no mistakes.....
except for the Verge pc build.
I want more Anthony, he's informative and has that dryish humor that I can dig.
Pls Mister Tech Tips, let him have more fun with build guides!
Love the videos with cheaper/budget options for all us plebs in Eastern EU
