Tommy is the kind of guy who would see a plane ticket to new york and ask “Is anyone gonna eat that?” and not wait for an answer.
As a New Yorker, Tommy saying “I’m walking here” was the most painful thing ever to watch. The cherry on top would’ve been him slamming down on the hood of the car.

As a New Yorker, seeing him do the things that I’ve done for years has either been really painful, or he’s managed to surprise me by how well enough he’s adapting sor far- well, as far as Tommy can adapt
I think I speak for all Americans here when I say I almost died of second hand embarrassment when he said I’m walking here
I love how ever since Ryan Trahan made his daily penny series everyone seems to get inspired to make related content and it makes me really exited to see every content creator do their unique version of the penny series :) Awesome video Tommy and good luck on your adventures!
as a native new yorker this is both tremendously painful and hilarious to watch. Also the hot dog cart guy definitely overcharged you, most street carts will overcharge when they sell to people who are so obviously out of town, especially if you're in the more tourist-y areas like central park, times square, or union.
This was the most painful and inspiring thing to watch. Like, on one hand I could never go to a new city and make a huge production out of everything I do, but watching him just be very out there is encouraging. (long story short I am very introverted lmao)
