With that said, I have run into a dilemma I hope you can help me with....I'll be brief: 1: I ran into a problem dumping a game, so I rebuilt my db. My fpkg's are on my external hdd, but now my jbps4 doesnt recognize my exHdd. Will formatting a new exHdd and transferring the fpkg's work or is there an easier way? 2: I don't have any save data other than what the fpkg creates upon install. Will I need them or can I just create a new save once the fpkg's are recognized again? I really would appreciate your help...not panicked yet, but uneasy.
I'm having an issue with dumping uncharted collection after dumping and creating gp4 I then go to use the fpkg but gives about 5% then get error. Can you try uncharted collection and tell me what you get
I read somewhere that you can't backup games unless you install their update files idk but try to not run the game when you install it and then install the update file then try to run think this should work
Laith Harisha it's the step where after you dump the game from the ps4 and then putting the usb to the PC and when making the fake pkg is where the problem was not installing part on the ps4
Just a heads up. Save data for fake packages and retail discs are not compatible. You will not be able to load it and it will get corrupted once you start the fpkg application.

the fpkg update has to be from the same source meaning it has to be from the same guy/site that uploaded the game in the first place. I have tried installing different fpkg updates for my games but I would always get errors after installing because they dont match. so the CUSA and source has to match. if you want to update your game always get the original fpkg that comes with the included upate! unfortunately there is no other way...
Hey dude, i wanted to ask if you need to launch HEN if you want to play a installed game. Like, when your all done with installing a pkg, play the game, turn off the ps4. Did you ever get the save games to work. There must be some kind of bug. Any disc that I backup. Even with no save data on the ps4 it always says its corrupt or cant save.

dont hold your breath on it. buy a 5.05 ps4 or check cragslist/pawn shops for ps4s and manually check them for 5.05. 5.5X likely wont be exploited publicly until the end of this year or maybe early 2019. i could be wrong, but it seems 5.05 will be golden for homebrew and development

One as i have COD: Black Ops III along with its two updates thats mean total 3 pkg files so in order to install it i have to install all three packages one by one. can i extract all three pkg files (through PS4 Package Viewer) and past it in one folder then recompile one pkg file that have all the updates. Zahir Jacobs I was told to make sure the C drive has bigger space than the dumped game. For example if your dumped game is 50 GB then your C needs to have 55 or 60 GB of space. I tried that and it worked finally for me. Try that bro .

i believe i could have dumped the game incorrectly, as i loaded in and paused immediately then waited on the PS home screen.

Quick one on this way will you miss Mira plus Hen and not just Hen and se qt is you hit a error round about the 11 min mark what happened there
How much time did the dumping take?

.i think successfully dumped game to usb (because PS4 turned off).but when I plug it into PC it's asking me to format.shouldnt PC recognize exfat?? would appreciate some advice/help.so close..
