We have no issue with your Ozark repeat trips. If you haven’t already, you could consider doing seasonal trips for us to see the changes in the landscape. We do enjoy your content regardless of the location. Keep up the good work!
No, repeat over and over again. Never give up your roots. Always good to come back to them. It's a huge and beautiful country we have . Explore it to your and Cara's fullest. I'm inspired by all you do. I'm selling things to make a trip west in the summer 2025 , all because of you and Cara. I got an older Jeep jk to take me on my adventure. Nervous, but excited too. Thank you, Matt
When I started watching your channel years ago, I fell in love with Ozarks. I loved all the water crossings and all your camp buddies that you have with you. Definitely on my bucket list now because of you and ark off-road! It would be awesome to see you and Grant get together again like old-times. I definitely enjoyed you traveling the west and showing us beautiful places but every time I watch a new video I definitely missed the Ozarks the most. cool to see little more of those in the infuture but still getting out there and showing us new stuff as well. I appreciate any video you produce. You do a great job producing intriguing content keep up the good work, my friend you always one of my favorites to watch. Cheers buddy!
I love any content, I’m a Gladiator owner as well. Your content continues to inspire me to go out and explore. I live in OKC now but grew up in Northwest Arkansas and love seeing all the different trails. Continue to make new videos in the Ozark’s things are always changing and find new adventures as well.
@Matt, you may be repeating locations, but the experiences you've gained will change the perspective. Either through different camera angles, different times of the year, or from earned experiences from editing, camera work. The locations are always epic and the stories are always fun to follow. Keep up amazing work.
KEEP DOING IT ALL!!! 😊 for us , We say Do the Old as well as throwing in some new !! We just love your channel. . God bless you & Cara ❤ glad you made it back home. Look forward to seeing more .. God bless you both
I enjoy the new stuff. The freedom of exploring places you’ve not seen before is exciting. However, that’s not the only thing that makes me watch. Frankly, any new content is fine with me. I’m not going to quit watching if you happen to go back to a trail you drove before. It’s still going to be worth watching.
Pardon the length… You don’t just film over the hood. You give informative info about where you are. Enjoy the fact you try new gear. You’re not afraid to have a pray or two in your videos. You enjoy, and it shows, having people go on your high water trip. Sharing your backyard with old and new friends. Last but not least home is with where the heart is and I am sure all of us can tell how happy being in the Ozarks makes you. That love can’t be faked and I for one love it!! Proud of your girl for how Grit and Grace did!!!! Thanks for doing what you do!!
As the fan of your channel watching you for years, I enjoy watching your Ozark’s like you said that’s what got you started and there is so much beauty in the Ozarks and the Wichita. Is that even if you do repeat trails it’s still beautiful to see.
I like all of the footage. Even if you repeat the places you’ve been, for some people it will be the first time seeing you go through those areas. Not only that, places change, whether it’s through seasonal appearance, or through major natural/man made changes. All in all, do what makes you happy, and keep on sharing!
I do not care if you repeat trails, I love the creek crossings, the reason why I watch you is for that and the technical trails that the ozarks have to offer. I do like you and your hair lol and the dogs and your wife. Every thing about you and your family and what you stand for is awesome but most of all I love watching you in the ozarks. It’s where I started watching you way back when. Any way I hope this helps. Keep it up Matt.
I don’t mind repeat trail videos at all. I enjoy seeing you and Cara traveling this great country but it’s nice seeing you back home. We need more of you and Cara together though.
Of course it’s fun to see new stuff, but I love the trails and adventures in the Ozarks too. It helps prove that we don’t have to adventure far for a wonderful time. And the trips don’t have to be grand epics, but close to home nature is just as relaxing.
We love your videos and especially the hair! The Ozarks is where you began and we find the Ozark videos far more interesting Driving the dusty roads out west has gotten pretty boring. Glad you are back in the Ozarks.
Ultimately I'd say do whatever makes you happy. Your one of the few channels I watch regardless. I usually watch stuff mostly in the ozarks because of living here but as I'm able to start branching out I enjoy seeing other areas. Your Michigan U.P. videos gave me the idea to go up there in September and it was amazing. I hit up some of the spots you did but also explored some new places of my own. Your videos actually inspired me to start filming my own trips
I started watching this channel because of the Ozark content. Because of this channel I am moving to Arkansas to be in the Ozarks every weekend. Honestly seems like the only time I watch overlanding/offroading channels is when the content has to do with the places I am able to visit such as Colorado/Arkansas/Missouri so I haven't actually watched most of your content in the past few months. I will be watching anythiing you do in and around the Ozark/Ouachita/Mark Twain National Forests for sure.
I enjoy the Ozarks content but this is due to it being the closest trail system for me to visit. I do however really love the content from out west. I would say keep doing what you're doing and mix it up. Doing the same trails in the Ozarks is good content for newer offroaders.
I’ve been overlanding since 2005 all in the western USA. The farthest east I’ve been is Big Bend NP in Texas so seeing anything east of that is always of interest to me.
Just saying I do love watching you in the Ozarks. You should explore more in your general area like the Ozarks in Missouri. I also love your Colorado runs. One thing I haven't seen from you from California is the Rubicon Trail. Would love to see that. Your trips have inspired me and my friends to do the Ozarks, and Colorado including Blackbear Pass. I can keep going. Love your show and inspiration you give. Keep it real and keep it inspirational. ❤
I have not seen the Ozarks, it would be nice to see the beautiful forests. It is the personality's perception of the places which I think is important too.
Matt, we've only been watching the last 16 months since we bought our Jeep, but I occasionally catch one of your older videos. I assume there are many of us that haven't been there since the beginning and have missed some adventures. We are fine with repeat trails and the yet to be explored.
I’m so excited to see you using Diode Dynamics products! I’ve had them on my Jeep for years and love that they are made in St. Louis. You can tour their factory if you are ever in the area. Great people!
You do you, and I'll watch. I bought a Bronco this year because of you! Sorry, almost bought a Gladiator though. I didn't get upset about your Goodbye Gladiator title, but I could see how people that aren't just waiting for your next video cuz they saw the rest might not have known you would be heading west for the rally.
Beautiful area! I am going to have to get out that way some day! I like the way you do gear reviews in "the field" you add a very honest regular person approach to them especially the budget friendly gear.
I suppose we were in the Ozarks at the same time last weekend . After eating hamburgers and pie at the Oark General store on Sunday , we took the trail to Bub's Cabin and from there to Car Wash Falls . We totaled about 240 miles for the day . After the heavy rains earlier in the week , some of the water crossing were a little deep . We trailer the Jeep behind the motor home , so after getting home I checked for water intrution. Sure enough , we brought home some clean Arkansas creek water 😮 . Only the front differential had water . It's changed and we are ready to go again. Keep up the good work , we enjoy your videos .
Hello Matt, I enjoy all your travels, really! I can't hardly wait to explore the Ozarks. It's so beautiful. Traveling for you in the Ozarks is just like me to north GA trails, can get to trails fast and it is always so beautiful. I enjoyed some WV trails my last trip. I hope to do more exploring there. I sure do like to see new places but I'm limited on time off of work until I retire. Please just do what you doing and have fun doing it. I would say stop going to an area when it is no longer fun. 😊
The Ozarks are what launched your channel and going back to your roots periodically is great. I love to see new places as well and your out-of-town scenery is awesome, so i also enjoy that. I think a healthy mix of all of the mentioned options is best. Variety being the spice of life and all... Im still going to watch regardless of what you post.
Just because a certain place may be a repeat it is still gonna be a new adventure. I like watching your videos and getting ideas where to go. Finally got me another Jeep so I can fix it up and take my son out camping.
Coddiwomple Overland is one of my favorite channels as is OOA. Both of you have chosen to go out west which is cool and I like the content. I chose Coddiwomple as an example because you guys are a lot alike in that you do the same type videos in the same places. Honestly, I like both of you near where I off road because you give me idea's. I understand, things change so no worries, I will still watch both and others but I like it here local. You do you guys and don't worry about us, we will still support you.
As a midwesterner I love that you’re in the Midwest and explore the area. I would hope that you consider sticking to more midwestern spaces. IL, MO, IN, KY stuff like that. There’s enough CO, AZ,UT, channels out there We need help out here!
Repeating trips is also enjoyable, I do it in my travels and I also find something new when I revisit an area. Also, yes I like your personality. Your commentary is always comfortable and informative, like listening to an old friend. Happy travels.
I love all the content Matt but it’s definitely the hair and personality that does it for me! Oh and the cute little frenchie’s doesn’t hurt either lol
I really like when you are in the ozarks. I had no idea it was so beautiful there until I started watching your channel. I moved to Texas from Colorado a few years ago but your channel makes me wish I would have moved to Arkansas instead
I personally like what Arkansas has to offer. I don't mind riding or seeing the same area more than once. I have traveled out to other places far away and I feel best when I am right here in the natural state.
I certainly don’t care! I love the Ozarks and would love to see more content from them. I don’t remember a lot of the details from your older videos anyway.
i was in the ozark area all last weekend also. we started out east and stayed at the pride rock camp site for the first time and it was awsome. even though we have done most of all the ozarks also we keep going back. we did a trail north of mulberry we did back in 2020 and in 2024 it was way different and much more difficult. you should go a little north and try the chadwick and gladetop area again for a change of veiw.
New stuff is always cool but repeat trips are cool also understanding some times you will be on the same trail when home and the terrain will change over time anyway
Brother, I’ll watch wherever you go. New is good, but at some point you will have been almost everywhere, so going back to previous trails is fine. I have to live vicariously thru you until I retire, so I’ll be watching you no matter what color you hair is. Not sure if you have done Georgia Traverse. That is one place haven’t seen you do. If so I missed it.
I think you being you and doing your thing and the "real" aspect of your adventures is my preference over other channels that "orchestrate" their adventures too much and they try to make it like a hollywood scripted deal. I live in Little Rock and have never done much off-road in Arkansas...new to the sport and new to your channel, so it's all good to me.
I’ve watched for a couple years. Unless you say so in the video, I wouldn’t notice that you’ve been on a trail in a prior video. I watch and enjoy, but can’t say that my memory keeps any of the trails stored. All that to say, I must be here for your hair and personality. 😂
I could have sworn I posted this. but maybe since I posted a link it didn’t go through. Get you some little quick disconnects from amazon to screw your tire deflators onto. I put them on all four of mine and they still fit in the pouch they came in. really handy esp with beadlock rings.
Enjoyed the leisurely adventure. In your neck of the woods. Hopefully lesson learned always carry a Saw of some form, be it gas , battery powered or collapsible/ silky
Damn people think about the thumbnails with a sense of humor! I swung into the Ozarks on this summers adventure sadly it was getting too hot. Hit up the OARK Cafe for a great meal but didn't get to explore as much as I hoped. The vistas are so similar to NH/VT so really want to get back down there. So I personally enjoy your multiple trips as there is always a slight difference and gives me an idea of areas to explore.
Hey Matt, love the content as always. I will say I do like you very gladiator, but I can understand being an enamored by the nice cities of that truck I would say Ozarks repeat is great cause trails change.
First I am with you just pick a time; tired of going back and forth. I have to reset my roosters every time. Go where it makes you happy; explore new or go back to trusted campsites. We enjoy the ride.
I love your Arkansas videos but also your travels. I enjoy the way you’re currently doing it. Being from Arkansas I’d be sad if you quit the Ozark videos.
Personally I like to watch the Ozarks and or Ouachita's because I live here and it's relatable, doesn't make it seem so far out of reach, even though I don't get to get out as much as I want. So repeat would not bother me a bit
I enjoy your videos just keep doing what you enjoy doing. The click bait video that you was talking didn’t bother me at all. 👍keep the awesome videos coming.
I can relate with you, trying breakfasts. I tried Yaks scrambled eggs, tasted like drywall mud, so gross. Not that I’ve tasted drywall mud, but that’s what I pictured it taste like.
Stay in Arkansas, I'm still willing to show you around Jim Kress area or The Ridge Offroad Park in Bradford. It would be awesome to see some places closer to central Arkansas.
I enjoy new stuff. I'm surprised you haven't gone east and up into the Appalachian range yet. Or Northeast Atlantic area yet like Vermont, Maine, or Connecticut
Brother, we do not care, really. We new stuff is cool, but we watch for your content. Think people got upset about the title being click baitie. Not the norm for you. We really enjoy your down to earth reviews and the adventures of course. Have fun be safe
18:15 I personally don’t mind channels repeating places they’ve already been… to me, it reinforces the notion that it’s a place worth checking out. You wouldn’t go back if it sucked. And, in your instance… it’s fairly inferred you’d revisit any place in the Ozarks you choose, given the channel name and all. and last… your rig and setup is constantly changing… same trail with different setup just becomes a nice comparison.
Explore new areas but stay either in Arkansas … there are lots of other places or close to Arkansas. Southern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma, etc. My heart and soul loves the West but I simply can’t be that far away all the time.
New wheels! I like them. My icon alloys had that same issue with the lip and ice and mud was awful for balance. Look great but kind of a dumb design for offroad wheels. and got rid of pro gravity 6 light bar? I love my kc progravity 6 light bar... the jeep looks great though matt.
Matt, you know how it goes, leave the chainsaw home and you'll need it. Bring it with you and you never will. LOL. Well no not really but that's how things go with us.
Repeating trips and trails is A ok with me. We all know that trails change year after year and especially if you run it in the springtime vs the Fall or Winter. I may have missed a video explaining the increased oil usage on a prior visit out West. Just wondering what you came up with and the fix for the problem?
Love the hair and your personality, but I prefer co tent from the Ozarks and the eastern side of the country. Seems like everyone wants to cover the west but not nearly as much for coverage on this side of the country.
Everyone considering better valur brands should get in and make their various winch and RTT tent purchases n ow, this BFCM/end of year... OpenRoad, Inspired, etc... They're all gonna probably get a bit more expensive... The incredible deals from Chinese OEMs at the moment won't last. (whether you agreed with them or not)
Try some trails here in Kentucky . But if it would not bother me if you repeated places that you have done in the past. Everything is constantly changing.
When you put the Yum Yum sauce on there my girlfriend said, "He's so much like you". I said I'll do the hair style first thing tomorrow. She said No! Haha. BTW.... Yeah, that click bait offended me so bad. I threw a brick at the TV. I screamed and hollered. Had to change my feminine hygiene product! NOT! What the heck is wrong with people? Just do what you want and go where you want. We'll follow.
Finally you’re back in your Jeep exploring the ozarks. Love it.
When I started watching your channel years ago, I fell in love with Ozarks. I loved all the water crossings and all your camp buddies that you have with you. Definitely on my bucket list now because of you and ark off-road! It would be awesome to see you and Grant get together again like old-times. You and Cara make the world a better place. Die with memories and not dreams. Go where you want and I'll follow along ❤👊
for us , We say Do the Old as well as throwing in some new !! We just love your channel. . God bless you & Cara ❤ glad you made it back home. Look forward to seeing more .. God bless you both
I like the ozarks footage the most. We just moved out here this past year so I find it helpful. Such an underrated place
We love your content whether you are in the Ozarks or other parts of this great country!! Freaking love your hair!!
Do what you want and enjoy it. We will be glad to go on the ride!
I don't care if you repeat. I'm sure I haven't seen all of it lol I just get
to live through your lens and I love it.
Love the new areas, but always glad to see you back in the Ozarks. For some of us, the Ozark trails are new.
Glad your back home
The Ozarks are always changing. You know I love them as much as you do. Keep doing what your doing.
However, out East has some great places too.
Of course it’s fun to see new stuff, but I love the trails and adventures in the Ozarks too. It helps prove that we don’t have to adventure far for a wonderful time. And the trips don’t have to be grand epics, but close to home nature is just as relaxing.

I really like when you are in the ozarks. I had no idea it was so beautiful there until I started watching your channel. I moved to Texas from Colorado a few years ago but your channel makes me wish I would have moved to Arkansas instead
I just like seeing the outdoors. Spending time in the home territory is never a bad thing.
Please repeat I’ve been here since the black wrangler and I would love to see it again plus I dig the hair lol
You can go over it as many times as you want on many trails as you want. I enjoy watching. You
I just like seeing beautiful places explored. Go wherever you'd like, as many times as you'd like and take us with 😁

Love your vids, both in the Ozark and out west. Really would like more thoughts on your truck camping out west.
Love the new stuff. But as being new to over landing I would love to see weekend trips in the Ozarks! Some out and back trips.
I certainly don’t care! I love the Ozarks and would love to see more content from them. I don’t remember a lot of the details from your older videos anyway.

Great video Matt!!
I don’t t care where you go, I just like you and your good sense of humor and the nature of off-road content. Your hair…. Well I won’t go there 😂
Just bought the 13.5k Panther 3 winch on your recommendation. $379 with free shipping. You can't beat it.
I’ve watched for a couple years. Unless you say so in the video, I wouldn’t notice that you’ve been on a trail in a prior video. I watch and enjoy, but can’t say that my memory keeps any of the trails stored. All that to say, I must be here for your hair and personality. 😂
Welcome home brotha.
Thats what im talking about!!! Nice wheels
I got on my 2500 diesel some too!!
I could have sworn I posted this. but maybe since I posted a link it didn’t go through. Get you some little quick disconnects from amazon to screw your tire deflators onto. I put them on all four of mine and they still fit in the pouch they came in. really handy esp with beadlock rings.

Thanks for the video 🔥🔥🔥
I enjoy both. New is nice but old there is always something new to find. I think just being out doing it.
Love the Ozarks so don’t mind if you repeat. Or maybe venture farther north into the Ozarks in Missouri more.
No issue
You fit the Gladiator like a glove! Don't go pop top.
Amen! I hate this time change.
I think it would be cool if you did a new refreshed full run of the OOAT. It’s been many years since you recorded those!
Both
Stay in Arkansas, I'm still willing to show you around Jim Kress area or The Ridge Offroad Park in Bradford.
I challenge you to come up with a Arkansas trail that is Subaru friendly. I'm talking multiple day trail. A "gateway trail" for beginners/ newbies.
Explore new areas but stay either in Arkansas … there are lots of other places or close to Arkansas. Southern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma, etc.
My heart and soul loves the West but I simply can’t be that far away all the time.
Don't care go where you want
New wheels! I like them. My icon alloys had that same issue with the lip and ice and mud was awful for balance. Look great but kind of a dumb design for offroad wheels. and got rid of pro gravity 6 light bar? I love my kc progravity 6 light bar... the jeep looks great though matt.
I don't care how much you repeat thie is home and where i like to go with our jeep
Matt, you know how it goes, leave the chainsaw home and you'll need it. Bring it with you and you never will. LOL. Well no not really but that's how things go with us.
I’m sure you’ve mentioned it before, sorry, but what trash bag do you use for your tailgate?
Repeating trips and trails is A ok with me. We all know that trails change year after year and especially if you run it in the springtime vs the Fall or Winter. I may have missed a video explaining the increased oil usage on a prior visit out West. Just wondering what you came up with and the fix for the problem?
Matt, what is the rack you have there over your freedom panels?
Glad to see you back in Sully!! Just curious, how often do you have your vehicle repainted or buffed to get rid of the scratches from overlanding?
