B.V.S.M.P. - Be Gentle • TopPop

B.V.S.M.P. (Baby Virgo Shocking Mister P) was an American hip-hop group from the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. The group consisted of Percy Nathan Rodgers, Calvin Williams and Frederick Eugene Byrd. B.V.S.M.P. is best known for their debut single "I Need You" from 1988, which became an international success. In the Netherlands this single achieved 7th place in the Top 40. The next single, Be Gentle, was also a hit and reached # 22 in the Dutch Top 40 on 30 July 1988.
