No Lloyd is the most powerful strongest and powerful are not the same the strongest is Cole in physical strength he’s the master of Earth for crying out loud yeah I agree Jay’s annoying but I like that about his character to use he’s super funny and quick to act in crisis situation if no other ninja is there to help him out he forces himself to act like when he had to escape Nadakhan’s ship and he kinda lead the Nini team in prime empire and carried them in sky bound and came up with a decent plan to get the scroll of Airjitzu from Ronin in season 5 just sneak in and steal it like a ninja would
