Can we just acknowledge the fact that these queens did Not start their careers on drag race. They have all been working and performing (bar a very small few) for a long time before drag race. Drag race is not the be all and end all of drag. Ya'll need to wake the f u. Yes the show has given them a platform and created lots of opportunities for the queen's. But ya'll need to to acknowledge and respect the years of hard work and dedication these queens have put in before the show, otherwise you're erasing their experiences and essentially only validate them through the show. Drag is hard, drag is tough, drag is work. Respect the journey and the process that means before and after they're on RPDR.
