      Dear Valentina Marin, in the end of the video, I have discussed how to determine interplanar spacing "d". This value of "d" will be same to the "d" of one of the planes from XRD data. Hence you will know, which plane you are studying in TEM.

      Follow from 01:20 and change the data type image. If it doesn't solve the problem then kindly elaborate the issue.

      @@ArunKumar-iv9sm at 7:15, I am counting the white/Blank space between the range I have selected. So, as much as you consider the white blocks in the selected range, it will give you the best average value. For example you can try with less, say 2-3, and more as much as possible in the figure. After counting the number of white blocks, you have to divide the selected range by the counted blocks. It will give you average d spacing.
