I've been building my own device for a year now and even though learning everything my self is a lot of work it nice to here that it not so out landing

We've been building our product for a year (since January) about to open molds and go to production... It requires easily multiple 6 figures. make sure you budget before you start to advance.

I like your videos on how to and what to expect. Be interesting if you can look at the mind set of an engineer vs someone who has a business mindset. Looking at mental health issues when trying to start or run a business would be interesting . examples of successful entrepreneurs who had to manage their mental health while they ran a business. This parts is overlooked. Mental well being is extremely important when starting a business as it affects your ability to have the stamina and thought process to keep going . Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.

Hey, I just found your channel randomly. Something you might already have noticed: Your recent videos, with thumbnails that also display some actual hardware, performed wayy(!) better than the other videos with a more minimalistic thumbnail. It might be related to the content of the video or other metrics. That's just something that jumped at me after scrolling through your channel and I wanted to share with you. Thanks for noticing that! The two videos you saw with hardware in the thumbnails seem to have done well for other reasons too and I thought it was the new thumbnails. But running A/B tests on other videos showed it didn't make much difference. Thanks again!!
