No, thank you for watching! Glad I could help. I love the bag. I recently had it at a 5 day operation in temps above 100 degrees. It got dusty, soaked, and even ran over after falling out of a vehicle. Its still going strong!
Nice review. I am trying to choose between this bag and rush 12 backback. I have a question, can you fit a regular sized laptop, say 9-11 inch laptop in the main area?
its a lot like my sitka, i like the internal pockets and that placement of the ccw pocket, which i would rather keep a field guide or maps in since i would prefer my gun to stay on my body instead of a separate pack the pocket and pass thru on the main strap is also a bonus for keeping a gps in which i have a pouch that attaches to my main strap for that
Nice review dude, and nice EDC bag apparently.. Is there any other strap for the waist for example, to tighten up so the bag doesn't bounce when u run?? Thank u for your time in advance!
Geardos... gotta love em. I bought this bag to stuff some odds and ends in off Amazon lightning deals. Check you tube yup there's a review on it bag half stuffed with geardo gear...outstanding!
Great review man, think I'm gonna pick one up tonight! That drain hole would also come in handy if your hydration bladder decides to rupture or something. Awesome bag!
Great overview. I just got this bag for Christmas and I'm loving it. Just struggling with the hidden gun compartment. My M&P Shield is too small to have in there without a small pistol case with it. I'm considering saving up for a Glock 19 to keep in there...
Well, seeing as the official 5.11 product video states that drain hole at the bottom is indeed for storing wet clothes, I just assumed they knew what they were talking about. Thank you for correcting me. Feel free to also contact 5.11 and tell them they are wrong too.

Great video! I bought mine 2 months ago,and you showed me like 5 things I didnt even know it could do. That CCW pocket? I didnt even know it was there lol
Nice review, Got the same bag, Actually im going to Hawaii in May, do you recommend any outdoor stores that sell 5.11 and other gear, i will be in Honolulu. Let me know.
czechmate9591 looks like you have already gone, but if you happen to go back there is an actual 5.11 store right near Ala Moana mall. Not sure of the exact address but you can google it.
I need something I can go hunting and hiking with... The load may be relatively heavy... Is this bag going to cut it, or is it too much of a lightweight?
Depends on how tight you get the strap, but you are going to need an arm holding it in place a little if you will doing more than jogging. A downside to a sling pack for sure. Thanks for watching!
Great review :) before I purchase this I want to ask what size hydration bladder/pack can this fit? I know the rush 72 fits a 3litre (100 ounce) so what one can this fit? I imagine it's either 2L or 1L
Hi Adam, According to OpticsPlanet's website description, the MOAB 10 can support up to (1) 1.5L hydration pouch. So, in a sense, your guess is pretty accurate, but I don't see why this pack couldn't support a 3L hydration pouch though. The pack's dimensions are greater than a 3L pouch's dimensions. I've made a product feedback ticket with 5.11 concerning this question, and once they respond, you'll get your answer.
Hi Adam, So I have an answer to your question. The MOAB 10 can not support a 3L hydration bladder due to the fact that the compartment for the hydration pouch is cut off via stitching about 2/3 from the bottom of the pack to accommodate for pockets for storing the straps. this is unfortunate.
I've noticed the stitching connecting the shoulder strap to the bottom of the pack is questionable, has anyone had any problems after using this bag for a while?
I actually picked it up in Kentucky at a police/military supply store called Galls. They have a website you can order from worldwide if interested. -- galls .com Thanks for checking out the video!
If it's like my RUSH 72 it will be made in Vietnam. I don't think 5.11 tactical makes anything in America. If you want something similar maybe SOTECH, Tactical Tailor, or Ares Tactical might have something you like. They are all American made gear.
The drain hole at the bottom of the bag isn't for draining wet clothes you POG. It's for maritime operations. That would for people who actually get out of the office and work outdoors.. Something the chair force doesn't know much about.

Awesome review! Thank you! This was very much needed and now Im a proud owner of the Rush MOAB 10
Glad to help out, thanks for checking out the vid!
I’m a huge fan of the sandstone color. Wish I had gotten the sandstone colored Tactec plate carrier when I ordered it instead of black.
Nice review. I am trying to choose between this bag and rush 12 backback.
I have a question, can you fit a regular sized laptop, say 9-11 inch laptop in the main area?
Moab should send this guy ah check he told you everything about that bag
Thanks for this review. Going to get one!

A great, practical review...got my sub.

Look up hook and loop holster on RUclips
Google Tactigami - a folding velcro solution for pouches etc from Vertx
Thanks for the great review, you convinced me to buy moab 10 instead of moab 12 for everyday use.

Good review dude, could you use the left hand side strap as a waist strap to take a bit of the weight cheers
Hi i just got my moab 10 from 5.11,are the tier system straps the one on the pack or do they put them inside the bag?
Nice reply. I like it.

Great Review! But I was wondering if you could fit a 13 inch laptop in the main compartment.

The problem with the CCW pocket is when you have a relatively full bag, the G/22 or 23 is stuck solid.
Willy Pitty true. I use that pocket for a Sig p238 so I never experienced that problems a larger frame gun would have. Thanks for watching.

Interesting bag. Thanks for the review. Hope all is well, stay safe!
I got it in Sand Storm wish.would of gotten it in black less attention
I'd like to see a Vid comparing a moab 10 to a Maxpedition sitka gearslinger

Really good review. Thanks.
So It can get wet, its either this one of Hazard-4 sling pack.
Thank you
Do you know if this bag would be allowed in music events?
Can you fit a small laptop or an IPad on this bag? Also is this bag made in USA?
I've noticed the stitching connecting the shoulder strap to the bottom of the pack is questionable, has anyone had any problems after using this bag for a while?
Can you run without it shifting too much?
What is your opinion on the multicam color?
Been looking for a video that shows how well well a laptop fits in it. Been looking at a mac book pro 15" Any thoughts?
where did you get it? NEX Pearl harbor?
What color is this???
Does the bag move around a lot when moving?
mastergunner98 only if you are jogging or running.
To the point. Nice reveiw. Cheers
great review
anyone know for sure if one could fit a complete set of ACUs and boots in there?
joe blow I would say doubtful. I would go with the RUSH 24. I used the 24 for ACU's and boots and it was the perfect size.
А разве на Гавайях есть осень или зима ?
I was about to buy one, then my son got home from school and I took his.
HILARIOUS EXCHANGE
