Errors and Edits: 1. As far as the two sets of sidequests are concerned the only true deciding factor seems to be whether or not you spoke with Johnny first or went right to the Don's mansion. I have seen some guides that say your response to Sam about Tifa and the massage you get from Madam M can play a factor but I haven't noticed a difference from those personally. If you follow Johnny at the beginning and talk to him before entering the mansion grounds you get the fetch quest with him followed by Dynamite Body, if you ignore him and go right to the Don's you get Price of Thievery and Shears Counterattack. 2. DO NOT do what I did at 38:29 and try to double cast Arcane Ward!! I had been messing around with her shield ability earlier in the evening and had a momentary brain fart and tried to put down a 2nd Ward. This is NOT possible, if you cast a 2nd Ward it is just going to make the first one go away, obviously if you want to move the ward go ahead but please ignore my comment about having a 2nd one down. 3. At 1:07:35 I mention Sanghin Princes, I meant just the regular Sanghin. The prince is a special enemy you only encounter once and it's not for another few chapters.
