the exact same thing happened to me last month it was fully ginger on the roots and brown on the rest😭

Your roots take faster from your body and scalps nature heat, next time start mid section to ends and let it process under the cap for about 30ish minutes, then apply to your roots and let sit for about 10, maybe 15 minutes. I'm certain you'll see a difference.

i had 2 color oops fails. ultimately, i researched and learned that the color molecules that were not completely washed out, they inflate when water hits it again and re dyes the hair. i was told to repeat a second application afterwards. I am too trying to remove black dye. i will try again this month. roots took bc that is your new growth.same thing happened to me. i was excited when i saw you using color oops then smh when you said it didn't work. They don't tell you that in the box. btw..same hair texture. thanks
