This thing is cool - it is "high performance" in the performance metrics of an Escalade - power, size, presence, brashness, confidence, flash, and bling. It's not fighting physics to be a track car, like an X5 M or Cayenne. It's an Escalade in a "too much is never enough" kind of way, which is the Escalade way to begin with. But between the magnaride suspension and well-sorted dynamics, brakes, handling, etc, and even the interior - it's a lot more sophisticated than it lets on.
the 2025 being refreshed doesn't make this one any less beautiful , but if everyone feels like you then maybe the used prices will decrease and make it a respective bargain lol. Plus this front end looks better and not overly done in my opinion. 2021-24 GM products finally got the looks just right.

I actually think the gas mileage is quite good with this in mind. When I was a kid I remember 1974-75 big cars with gutless 400 + cubic inch V8 engines that got maybe 10-12 miles to the gallon. I like the roof rails. SUV's look weird to me without them. Except for the Range Rover though. The way it's shaped, I think a roof rail would actually look strange.
More like a CT5-V Blackwing than not, especially with a 4 second 0-60. Awesome and beautiful and loaded with Luxury but i'm still not a fan of the $150k price or that you will be spending $80+ every time you fill the gas tank. However even at that price these sell like hotcakes every year because they are the best of the best and lots of people want them.

Hey joe, I love this brand new CTS v I mean escalade. I think this is a dandy of an SUV and you know you've made it when you have a supercharged V8 under the hood. I really love the fake vents & without them, you'd see too much white.
The thing about buying these performance vehicles for every day driving is you can't make full use of your money. Once you start accelerating you get FHP boys in your rear view mirror flashing their lights.
Full size suv's are a joy to drive (currently driving the Denali Ultimate ). This Cadillac is a dream.
