Times have been rough recently and I have not even an ounce of Christmas spirit this year. But watching your video helps out a bit, feels like talking to an old friend about books. Merry Christmas !! Can't wait to see what 2020 will bring for you :)
I love how much you are getting into adult fantasy. I've always enjoyed your videos, but I don't watch a lot of YA booktubers anymore because I just don't read the age category anymore.
I love Libby and it’s changed my life as well! I renewed my library card in September (haven’t had one since 2013) and read 100+ books from September through now. I’ve totally been converted to an ebook lover thanks to Libby! :D
I have almost every book you mentioned in this video on my TBR list for 2020. I actually just picked up Red White & Royal Blue yesterday! Can't wait to hear your coming reviews :)
How do you store all of these books in your place? Your bookshelves never look like they are bursting despite doing hauls. (I'm looking for advice as I'm running out of space and dont want to uhaul anything right now)
I've never had anything for birthdays or Christmas, my mum just abused and neglected me and if she didn't I think she'd have had to save a long time to spent £100 like I do for my son, i save all year just to make up for fact that he has no family at Christmas and I can still only spent 2/300, I'm a 24 yo single mother and we've never spent Christmas with anyone else and I feel so bad for him, seeing these kinda ignorant comments piss me off because I already feel invisible like I get that it's in good spirits but what about us that actually hate this time of year? I'm sorry it seems like I'm ranting at you but I'm sick of seeing ignorant comments off of well off people that dont see the rest of us (not directed at you) I even get upset when I see pictures of families together, i think it just pushed me over the edge cause I thought I'd be safe reading comments of a book video, I just can't wait for Christmas to be done with and stop having happy families pushed in my face as that's all I want for Christmas
I buy mostly on my Kindle, solves the storage/space problem and they’re often cheaper than the paper copies! The only downside is that I no longer receive books for Christmas or birthdays!
Gideon the Ninth sounds so good 😂 And I really want to read Red, White and Royal Blue, I'm excited to know your opinion about it! Great video as always, I loved it ❤️ Your outfit is beautiful with this sweater and those earrings!
The Nevernight series is supposed to be in the adult section cause it's an adult series. Jay Kristoff has even said on twitter & his blog that the Nevernight series is not YA it is Adult. Bookstores just mistakenly put it in YA for some reason. He's even mentioned how he's gotten complaints from parents about their kids reading this series. But it's not his fault it's the bookstores' fault for putting the books in wrong section leading to kids who probably shouldn't be reading it picking it up. All I can say is if anyone sees this series in the YA section, tell the store employees that it's in the wrong section & that it's an adult fantasy series & is supposed to go in adult fantasy.
Do you have a NYPL account or a Brooklyn library account? I’m from Queens,NY and I’ve been contemplating getting one from either of those because the Queens library one doesn’t have that many ebook selections. They have a lot but not as many as Id like. Merry Christmas! Great book haul.
Love Overdrive, not a fan of Libby. Libby has bugs and it just wiped all of my downloaded audiobooks one day. Contacted them and was basically told "yeah, that happens." 😑 Went back to Overdrive.
Tara Bite Libby is just an updated, more user friendly way to use the overdrive library. I didn’t like it at first but now I have gotten used to it and won’t go back to overdrive.
I personally didn’t like red white and royal blue because it sounds very cute but it’s very focused on American politics and as a third world person it made me so upset. But it is cute and if you live in the states and understand and connect with the characters go for it
Happy holidays! You know, if you're interested in grim stories and open to watching a Japanese Netflix show, I got just the one for you - Million yen women. It's a show about a struggling writer who suddenly finds himself playing host to 5 different women. They're all invited to stay at his place by some mysterious person with some hidden agenda, and they each pay him monthly rent of 1 million yen. It's better to go in knowing just this much, and I think you'll like it 😅
Please please please please please Humble request Please please Make a video on best Japanese fiction / novel, like studio ghibli Japanese movies, example spirited away or howl's moving castle. Pls .
I want to warn you about reading Gideon the Ninth, and anything from that author. She has online works where she wrote about pedophilia and under age sex in a glorifying light rather than a condemning one. I have not read the book, but I just wanted to let you know what the author has done in the past. I really wanted to read it, but once I learned about that I dropped it for my tbr. That’s not the type of author I want to support.

serenity I’m sorry you’ve had such a hard time, I have too. Hope things get better for you!
serenity right there with you! Sending you good vibes ❤️
Gideon is written by my step mum’s sister! So crazy that I’ve followed you for so many years to see you reading a book written by a family member!
I love how much you are getting into adult fantasy. I've always enjoyed your videos, but I don't watch a lot of YA booktubers anymore because I just don't read the age category anymore.
Love the haul and you are not the only one who hasn't read the red, white, and royal blue but Im hoping to read that in February of 2020!!!
i love libby, esp the fact that it automatically returns ebooks bc i always forget the due date 😂😂
also, i hope you enjoy the nevernight series!
Agreed! I’m never late with Libby
I love Libby and it’s changed my life as well! I renewed my library card in September (haven’t had one since 2013) and read 100+ books from September through now. I’ve totally been converted to an ebook lover thanks to Libby! :D
Red white and royal blue was hands down my favourite book of 2019, you will love it!
I really love your whole look with the red sweater, the earrings and the tree! Great video :)

I'm so glad ur reading Gideon!!!!! I love it so much! Its definitely one of my top 5 fave books of all time!!!
I discovered Libby recently and I think it's great! Definitely going to help me reach my reading goal this year
I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Nevernight by Jay Kristoff. I read the whole trilogy this past year and it became one of my favorite series .
I have almost every book you mentioned in this video on my TBR list for 2020. I actually just picked up Red White & Royal Blue yesterday! Can't wait to hear your coming reviews :)
I liked because of Carry On! It is SO worth a reread. (I have read it three times)
I did the same thing with Nevernight! I’m going to read the whole series next year
The Where's Millie book is Adorable!!!!!
WHERES MILLIE IS SO CUTE OMG
I'm little dicey about reading Nevernight... I've heard mixed reviews ...looking forward to your review..
I got sucked into the hype but i really hated it tbh
I never listened to an ad that I’ve supported more, as a broke grad student Libby is a lifesaver.
Love the where’s Millie book!
How do you store all of these books in your place? Your bookshelves never look like they are bursting despite doing hauls. (I'm looking for advice as I'm running out of space and dont want to uhaul anything right now)
I think Regan (and other booktubers) unhaul books all the time and just never show that on camera.
If you look carefully she has secret little book piles everywhere in her apartment, so I dont think she displays all of them on her bookshelves!😊
Boxes full of books under your bed, piles in every room...
@@indiatolley2941 Book piles EVERYWHERE - there are also a bunch of books above my head ahha
What a great haul. Hope you have had a great Christmas and that 2020 will be a good year for you.
SO HAPPY YOU PICKED UP NEVERNIGHT!!!!! I adore that whole series so much!! And it is definitely not YA - it is very Adult!!
Merry Christmas lovely collection
I'm so excited for you to read Red, White, and Royal Blue. You'll love it!
Me too! I wanna finish nevernight and start it in March after I graduate 😀😀. I loved what I’ve read of it so far
Thank you so much for sharing the Where’s Mille book. It’s the prefect gift for my son for his birthday :)
Nevernight is 100% not a YA book.
The Nevernight Chronicles are definitely definitely adult😊🎄
AHHHH Nevernight!!! So hyped for you to read this! It’s very much an adult book!
Most people: Gucci for Christmas
Me: Barnes and Nobles gift card
I've never had anything for birthdays or Christmas, my mum just abused and neglected me and if she didn't I think she'd have had to save a long time to spent £100 like I do for my son, i save all year just to make up for fact that he has no family at Christmas and I can still only spent 2/300, I'm a 24 yo single mother and we've never spent Christmas with anyone else and I feel so bad for him, seeing these kinda ignorant comments piss me off because I already feel invisible like I get that it's in good spirits but what about us that actually hate this time of year? You should try out bookoutlet.com as they have unused books for super low prices!! I just ordered 25 books for only $85
My TBR list is so long but it has all the books of good taste by Reagan. Some of these I wait for your review before I select my next read.
Girl you got this up quick! Merry Christmas! 🎁
I buy mostly on my Kindle, solves the storage/space problem and they’re often cheaper than the paper copies! The only downside is that I no longer receive books for Christmas or birthdays!
Great haul!!! Exited to see everything u got this Christmas
Omg I love the NeverNight series 💜
Yes NEVERNIGHT!
I got the entire Witcher book series for Christmas- I'm playing the PS4 game again, and I've already seen the show! Hope you had a lovely holiday!

Merry Christmas 🎊
I am going to try Libby again - I was struggling with the audiobooks
Gideon the Ninth sounds so good 😂 And I really want to read Red, White and Royal Blue, I'm excited to know your opinion about it! Great video as always, I loved it ❤️ Your outfit is beautiful with this sweater and those earrings!

I got 20 books for xmas. Among them, a lady's guide to petticoats and piracy.
Bokkyrantyhappy_me I’ve read every book in the Montague Siblings series this year, great books!
@@climbinguphill I read the first one two years ago. Plan to read the second and third next year.
Big struggle when your library doesn’t use Libby/Overdrive.
Hannah DeFord yess so unfair
Or when you don't live in the US and that's not even a thing in your country at all. I'm jealous.
Why don’t you place a list of books mentioned below? Very helpful!
Nevernight series def NOT YA
I really liked The Raven Tower by Anne Lecke. Very different but quite memorable. Enjoy!!!
I like the new angle
oof i'm very much interested in Gideon the Ninth & Red, White & Royal Blue!
Red White and Royal Blue HARDCOVER!?! Where??? How???? I thought it only had a paperback release!
Mellie Eggo pretty sure it’s from book of the month
Mellie Eggo pretty sure it’s from book of the month
Do you ever purchase a book you forgot you already owned?
libby is freakking amazing
I'm a big fan of ann leckie's sci fi series, but i was a bit disappointed with the raven tower
I have heard you talk so much about Brandon Sanderson that I think I am going to have to break down and read him.
Start with either Elantris, warbreaker, or the mistborn trilogy.
London Byrd I appreciate the advice! Elantris sounds mesmerizing!
I've been having a hard time reading these days so I'm reading romance.

Could you do a video of all your unread books. I just finished counting mine and I’m at 25 which is the biggest I’ve ever had :(
You look so pretty, Reagan!

have you read the Witcher series?
Can u please do mor book shopping
Like if u agree
i'm so jealous i've been dying to read gideon the ninth ;_;
Do you have a NYPL account or a Brooklyn library account? I’m from Queens,NY and I’ve been contemplating getting one from either of those because the Queens library one doesn’t have that many ebook selections. They have a lot but not as many as Id like. Merry Christmas! Great book haul.
I have a NYPL account!
Read red rising series!!!
Where's Millie is such a cute book!
Okay but like how did you find a hardcover of Red, White, and Royal Blue! 😫 I can’t find one in hardcover, now even amazon
Nevernight is very much adult lol
Nevernight is NOT YA!!
Ok please tell me where you got your earrings their so damn cute 🥰
Dutches MMD Chronicles I thought the same thing! So cute!
Dutches MMD Chronicles she has the link for them in her description box!🤗
Love Overdrive, not a fan of Libby. Libby has bugs and it just wiped all of my downloaded audiobooks one day. Contacted them and was basically told "yeah, that happens." 😑 Went back to Overdrive.
I know this is out of content but i think you look just a tiny bit like taylor swift. I was just listening to her songs when i realized that.
for Anne Leckie, it's pronounced leh-k-e, not leek-e it, but it's always hard to tell if you haven't heard it spoken aloud before!
Is Carry On supposed to be like Supernatural?
I don't understand the different between Libby and overdrive... I use overdrive..
Tara Bite Libby is just an updated, more user friendly way to use the overdrive library. I didn’t like it at first but now I have gotten used to it and won’t go back to overdrive.

don't forget that you need to disclose ads right at the beginning of the video and explicitly say that it is sponsored, not just "working with"

In the middle of Red, white & royal blue and not enjoying it. The story and characters are good but narration and pacing of the story are a mess!
