CONTEXT (because the moment has largely passed at this point and this is just gonna confuse people now:) This is a response to Colleen Ballinger's response to her recent accusations of "inappropriate conduct" with her underage fanbase. Her response video was also called "hi" and also involved a ukulele. Google the story, then watch the video, it's insane.
