Thank you so very much for your open honesty! I recently recovered from an unexplained or undiagnosed illness. I was on disability for a year and a half. In that time i developed severe depression and anxiety due to and as a result of my condition. Alot of ups and downs but never lost sight of my goal. Now I'm back to normal pretty much the depression and anxiety remain. So i appreciate and respect other people for their own struggles and journeys. I wish everybody nothing but the best. 1 thing that i find that helps sometimes is focusing and being present in the moment. Take things as they come wether thats 1 minute, an hour or 1 day at a time. You, I, we got this. Stay strong! 🙏🏽💪🏽💯

It is hard to talk about mental health it's hard to admit it and there's always that fear of judgment. My pain is my power too. I feel strong at the same time. I feel you. You are very strong for talking about this. Coming from someone who was diagnosed by a psychiatrist with c-ptsd at age 15 and that was 15 years ago. 2 suicide attempts later I've realized that life's a battle and we're brave to be here. It takes time. But it is absolutely worth it. Love you girl. Thanks for sharing.
