What would have made the scene incredible is when Fayed was shooting at Jack as he was running towards him they should have included Jack getting hit in the Bulletproof Vest but not wounded while lunging at Fayed. That would have really made the scene more epic.
Is there a sicker stealth takedown in 24 or any other show than his forearm shin sweep into a neckbreaker? 0:27 the sounds are so well done, you can feel the stun of him falling flat on the cement.
24 definitely peaked in season 5. That’s not to say the rest of the seasons were terrible, there were definitely good moments and still entertaining overall. But in my opinion it felt like after day 5 they were out of ideas and were asking themselves “how can we top ourselves now?” But it never quite reached that peak again. Even the better moments in everything post day 5 just felt like remixed versions of stuff that came before. Just my take. Still enjoyable
Bauer was such an asshole, starts a fire fight right next to a pair of nuclear weapons and does it without any backup, what if he had been pinned down or ran outta bullets, those guys would've just blown up the city but he didnt care, his blood lust took over, still love this scene though.
he was calling back up they showed up about 3 minutes after this.. and the intel and the timing were very tricky.. if he would not engaged they would probably panic when dozens of tact teams arrived and detonate it.. but without the special trigger these ones would take almost 10 minutes to set it off.. thats why fayed didnt even try hard
