How do you use layers in libreCAD?

  • Drawings can be organized by assigning objects to layers according to logical categories. LibreCAD drawings can quickly become visually complex, and difficult to structure as more objects are added.
    Layers are the primary method for organizing the objects in a drawing by function or purpose. Layers can reduce the visual complexity of a drawing and improve display performance by hiding information that you don't need to see at the moment.

    Exchange noise for dialogue would really help.

    I came here to find out how to switch items that are drawn on one layer to a different layer. Maybe I missed it??? Can you show me the timestamp when this is shown?

      If you want to change the layer of the object, you can use attributes :
      Select the object --> select attributes --> a form box will appear --> change layer

    Can the noise track. Replace with descriptions. Otherwise good.
